tcpDoh sends automated network monitoring alerts via SMS to on-call engineers registered by their organization's administrator. Messages include alerts when monitored devices exceed configured performance thresholds, as well as resolution notifications when conditions return to normal.
Consent is obtained by the account administrator through the tcpDoh dashboard. When adding an on-call engineer, the administrator confirms the engineer has agreed to receive SMS alerts by checking a required consent checkbox.
An opt-in confirmation SMS is automatically sent to the engineer's phone number when they are registered.
Message frequency varies based on network monitoring conditions and configured alert thresholds. During active incidents, multiple messages may be sent.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation. After opting out, you will not receive alerts until re-enrolled by your administrator.
Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.
